Track your order

Visit the 'Orders' area of your account to see the order's current state. Tap the sequence you want to follow. To find out the product's location, tap "Track." An SMS featuring tracking number will be sent to you once your order has been sent. With the URL provided in the SMS, you may monitor the delivery on the website of our courier partner as well.

In most cases, we get and send the products within the time frame given on the product description. The following variables affect the estimated delivery date:

  • Where the company is located that is selling the product
  • The pin code that you wish to use to send the order

Delivery Date

  • The delivery date shown while making the purchase, i.e. on the Product Description, Cart, Checkout, and Order Confirmation page, as well as in the shipment notification email, is only an estimate. After the order has been sent, it can alter.
  • You can keep track of the status of your order's shipping by checking the "Order Details" section under "My Account" once the item has been shipped. This will show you the Expected Delivery Date.
  • Occasionally there may be unexpected delays in the shipment of your order due to unforeseen and unavoidable logistics challenges outside of our regulation for which we are not responsible and would ask users to collaborate as we continuously attempt to eliminate such instances.
  • The shipment will be tried to be delivered three times before being returned to our warehouse if it is unavailable at the time of delivery. It will make the delivery process go more quickly if you provide your cell phone number in the delivery address.

Shipping fee

Under the Order Summary area of the Cart page, you can see your shipping charge. On the Cart page, you will also see the minimum order amount required to qualify for free delivery.

Return and Refund

Please take note that packages are being returned to our fulfilment centre for the reasons listed below:

  • The shipment was harmed in transit.
  • The addressee rejects the delivery
  • The provided address is incorrect. When placing a purchase, make sure your address is correct.
  • After many tries, nobody is accessible to take the delivery.

Regrettably, once an order has been returned to our fulfilment centre, we are unable to redeliver it. If a payment has already been made, a complete refund will be performed within 7 business days and credited to the original means of payment. After completed, we will SMS confirm to you. Be at ease knowing that your money is secure with us. Depending on the stock, you may reorder the same or a comparable item.

Address Change

Only when your order is in a confirmed or pending stage and none of the items you ordered have been sent can you alter the delivery address. Nevertheless, the request for altering the delivery address could not be approved if there are any differences between the charges or taxes (if any) applicable for the genuine delivery location used when placing the purchase and the amended delivery location.

At Grand Ma Millets, we are committed to providing high-quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. Please read our Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

Return Request

With the exception of our non-returnable items, you have 15 days from the date of delivery to return any things you've purchased from us.

  • At the "Account -> orders" area of the app, website, or mobile site, tap the "Return Button." Depending on the form of return, keep the item available for pickup or send it to us. When the order is delivered, it takes 24 hours for the return button to become active.
  • Based on our capacity to serve as a courier, we provide pick-up services in a few areas.
  • If pick-up is not an option near you, you can send the item to us on your own dime.

Please bundle the goods in a package if you choose to schedule a pick-up. The item must be intact with all of its tags still attached.

The source you choose when initiating the return will receive your reimbursement once our quality team has approved your merchandise.

Pick Up of the Item

The object is picked up only in 2 attempts. The pick-up attempt is listed as unsuccessful if the product is not collected up on the first try. Please send an email with your order number and the subject "Items not picked up" to nutriorganicindia@gmail.com if your pickup doesn't really occur within 48 working hours of the initial pickup date you chose.

Replacement & Refund

  • You must place a new order if you want to replace a delivered item. Please initiate a full refund for the actual product(s) and transfer the refund to your bank simultaneously. Refunds will be given when the item has been picked up within 5-7 business days.
  • If you have concerns about a product's potential flaws or damage, please contact us by email at nutriorganicindia@gmail.com. We'll work with you to decide if we can swap the product or whether the manufacturer must handle the exchange.
  • Please be aware that we're not liable for packages that are stolen or lost after they have been labelled as received (delivered to you) by the courier, and reimbursements won't be given in these cases until the carrier has finished its investigation.
  • Your refund will be handled after your online return has been received by mail, and a refund will be issued to the bank account or credit card that was first used for payment. The reimbursement will be acknowledged via email to you. You will be notified by email with updated shipping information if the item is being swapped, and we will send the replacement item as soon as we can.

If no pick-ups allowed for your pin code

If your area's pin code precludes pick-up, kindly self-ship the item to us. All of the product's tags must be present and the item must be brand new. Please include the merchandise in the return package together with the order receipt and tax invoice.

Shop Credit

Please inform us when you approach us if you got a products as gifts and would want to send it back by mail. We may then offer you a shop credit in place of a refund if you like.

At Grand Ma Millets, we process orders quickly to ensure timely delivery. Therefore, once an order has been successfully placed, it cannot be cancelled.

Recalls of Orders

Only within 7 days may orders be cancelled. You can cancel your order by sending an email to nutriorganicindia@gmail.com.

Orders processed after 7 days may already be on their way to you and cannot be cancelled. After an order has been placed, only sale goods are exempt from cancellation policies.
