Orders & Payment

We accept UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking and QR Code via Razorpay Gateway.
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible. Please contact us immediately if you need to cancel.

Shipping

We ship Pan India via trusted courier partners. Tracking details are sent via SMS and email after dispatch.
Yes, orders above ₹999 qualify for free shipping. Shipping charges for smaller orders are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Orders are processed in 1–3 business days and delivered within 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.

Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged or incorrect. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos as proof.
Once approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method. The timeline may vary based on your bank or payment provider (typically 3–7 business days).
