  • Making Instructions:
  • Cook the noodles in boiling water for 5 minutes.
  • Drain the hot water and rinse it with cold water.
  • Mix a spoon of oil and half masala with the noodles
  • Heat oil and fry mustard, onion, curry leaves, green chillies, cabbage, carrots, beans and remaining masala.
  • Then mix the cooked noodles with the prepared veggies.
  • Nutritious millet noodles are ready to serve.
