Return Request
With the exception of our non-returnable items, you have 15 days from the date of delivery to return any things you've purchased from us.

At the "Account->orders" area of the app, website, or mobile site, tap the "Return Button." Depending on the form of return, keep the item available for pickup or send it to us. When the order is delivered, it takes 24 hours for the return button to become active.

Based on our capacity to serve as a courier, we provide pick-up services in a few areas.

If pick-up is not an option near you, you can send the item to us on your own dime.
Please bundle the goods in a package if you choose to schedule a pick-up. The item must be intact with all of its tags still attached.
The source you choose when initiating the return will receive your reimbursement once our quality team has approved your merchandise.
Pick Up of the Item
The object is picked up only in 2 attempts. The pick-up attempt is listed as unsuccessful if the product is not collected up on the one try. Please send an email with your order number and the subject "Items not picked up" to return@xyz.com if your pickup doesn't really occur within 48 working hours of the initial pickup date you chose.
Replacement & Refund

You must place a new order if you want to replace a delivered item. Please initiate a full refund for the actual product(s) and transfer the refund to your bank simultaneously. Refunds will be given when the item has been picked up within 5-7 business days.

If you have concerns about a product's potential flaws or damage, please contact us by email at info@XYZ.com. We'll work with you to decide if we can swap the product or whether the manufacturer must handle the exchange.

Please be aware that we're not liable for packages that are stolen or lost after they have been labelled as received (delivered to you) by the courier, and reimbursements won't be given in these cases until the carrier has finished its investigation.

Your refund will be handled after your online return has been received by mail, and a refund will be issued to the BOB account or credit card that was first used for payment. The reimbursement will be acknowledged via email to you. You will be notified by email with updated shipping information if the item is being swapped, and we will send the replacement item as soon as we can.
If no pick-ups allowed for your pin code
If your area's pin code precludes pick-up, kindly self-ship the item to us. All of the product's tags must be present and the item must be brand new. Please include the merchandise in the return package together with the order receipt and tax invoice.
Recalls of Orders
Only within 7 days may orders be cancelled. You can cancel your order by sending an email to Cancel@XYZ.com. Orders processed after 7 days may already be on their way to you and cannot be cancelled. After an order has been placed, only sale goods are exempt from cancellation policies.
Shop Credit
Please inform us when you approach us if you got a products as gifts and would want to send it back by mail. We may then offer you a shop credit in place of a refund if you like.
